Weddings & Special Events
Booking is on a first come first served basis.
A non refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your special date.
An invoice will be sent to you for the balance 6 weeks before the event and this balance must be paid in full at least four weeks prior to the event date. If the final payment is not made we will be unable to keep your booking.
We recognise the fact that funerals can take place at short notice and we will do our best to accomodate you. Payment in full is required at time of booking.
We accept payment by cheque and via PayPal, email us for details.
If we are unable to release the birds due to poor weather conditions on the day of your event, then we will refund you 50% of the cost. The birds will be available in decorative cages for you and your guests' pleasure and the event photography.
If for any reason your event is delayed on the day and we are unable to release the birds in time to return home safely we will refund 50% of the cost.
If your event is a wedding we will liaise directly with the photographer to ensure the best time and place to release the birds to ensure you get that special photograph.
In the unlikely event the doves should poop during a release we cannot be held responsible for any damage to clothing etc.
We are members of the Royal Pigeon Racing Association and the International White Dove Society.
